It is not possible to manage change well without also navigating grief. Having a productive conversation (def. one that advances the conversation) can be challenging. It is important to hear where the other is, come alongside, and communicate so that the other(s) both feels heard and can "move forward" with the new thing. We will build upon last year's Communications webinar to implement techniques in a time such as this - where change is ubiquitous, and resistance to change is pervasive.
